FF&E Logistics Manager (Freelance Contract)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaContract Period: October – 30th December 2026About the ProjectA major continental multi-sport event under the Olympic Council of AsiaRole OverviewManages the furniture, fixtures, and equipment supply chain from sourcing to return across all event areas.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan FF&E requirements, orders, deliveries and warehousing across event areas.Manage inventory control, tracking and distribution to designated venues.Coordinate FF&E installation, daily replenishment, collection and dismantling.Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and collections.Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.Manage equipment returns and report any damaged, missing or lost items.Coordinate logistics across multiple sites, ensuring deadlines and operational requirements are met.Qualifications & ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in FF&E logistics, event overlay or equipment management, preferably in a leadership role at international sports events or other large-scale events.Strong inventory control, warehousing and supplier management skills.Experience coordinating deliveries, installations and collections across multiple sites.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
