Field Marketing Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote our products and services through various marketing initiatives, including public speaking engagements, customer interactions, and event marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as they will enhance our outreach efforts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and build relationships with referral partners (like hospitals, rehab centers, hospice companies, and community organizations) to generate leads and grow the business.Make regular visits throughout the community as part of your daily work activities.Promotes our services through regular outreach via in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and social media.Represent the company at community events, non-profit organizations, senior centers, and local gatherings to raise awareness.Work closely with case managers, social workers, elder care advisors, and local leaders to connect clients to our services.Organize and participate in events and activities to engage potential clients, partners, and non-profit organizations.Cultivate strong and consistent relationships within the community to enhance outreach and achieve partnership goals.Work together with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination of services and timely follow-ups.Accurately track and report outreach activities, contacts, and referral outcomes.Explore new business opportunities and provide insights on industry trends and competitor activities.Provide Mentorship and support to other team members when necessary.QualificationsSuccessful candidates must be energetic, organized, able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be results-driven..Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.Experience in event marketing or related fields is preferred.Demonstrated experience in marketing and community outreach, preferably within the healthcare, home care, or senior services sectors.Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and marketing initiatives.A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.Join us in making an impact through innovative marketing strategies while connecting with customers in meaningful ways!
