Responsibilities
Meet patients face to face during their clinic visits and review their treatment plans for suitable upgrade or additional treatment optionsUnderstand patients’ expectations, concerns, and budget, and present options clearly and professionallyWork closely with doctors, nurses, and treatment planners to confirm that proposed options are medically suitableRecord offers, patient approvals, and updated treatment plan details accurately in the CRMCoordinate with the front desk and finance teams so that approved services are scheduled and invoiced correctlyTrack conversion rates and patient feedback, and report results to the Field Sales Operations Manager weekly
Qualifications
