About the RoleThis internship is designed as a potential pathway to a full-time position. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to grow with the company, with the intention of considering suitable candidates for full-time employment upon successful completion of the internshipWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our Finance Department regional operations.This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in daily financial operations, accounting administration, reporting, and compliance within an international business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of finance-related tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and issuing daily invoices and maintaining accurate documentation.Support the preparation and distribution of monthly statements of accounts to clients.Assist in monitoring accounts receivable (AR) and following up on outstanding payments.Help prepare and maintain client credit reports and financial records.Assist in processing vendor bills, invoices, and payment documentation.Support weekly bank reconciliations and help identify discrepancies.Assist in extracting and organizing financial data from SAP or other ERP systems.Support the preparation of periodic financial and management reports.Assist in maintaining financial records in accordance with company policies and internal procedures.Perform general finance administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Finance.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage; exposure to SAP is a plus.Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with different teams.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Able to manage tasks responsibly and meet deadlines.Prior internship or project experience in finance or accounting is an advantage but not required.Why Join Us?Gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations within an international business.Learn about regional financial reporting and multinational trade operations.Develop practical skills in invoicing, accounts receivable, payment processing, and financial reporting.Gain exposure to ERP systems and financial processes in a professional environment.Work alongside an experienced Finance team in a growing and dynamic international organization.📩 To apply: Send your resume to corp@guavaamenities.com
