Financial Director

A leading UAE-based mobility, leasing, and transportation services organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead its finance function and support the next phase of business growth and operational excellence.This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, treasury oversight, risk management, compliance, and business partnering. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable finance team and work closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.Key RequirementsMinimum 15 years of progressive finance experience.Current or previous experience within car rental, vehicle leasing, fleet management, or mobility services is essential.Proven experience in a Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance leadership role.Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, and internal controls.Experience managing and developing finance teams.Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, or CMA preferred.UAE experience is highly desirable; GCC experience will also be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the organization's finance function and provide strategic financial leadership.Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements.Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, and cash flow planning.Support business growth through financial insights and commercial decision support.Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
