The successful candidate will guide learners through financial concepts, model-building techniques, and business performance analysis using real-world examples and structured learning materials.The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise with excellent teaching and communication skills, enabling learners to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver training programs covering financial modeling, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting.Prepare course materials, presentations, financial templates, and practical case studies.Teach financial statement modeling, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Guide learners in building financial models, conducting scenario analysis, and performing sensitivity testing.Explain budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance evaluation.Demonstrate the use of Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial analysis tools.Train learners to develop financial projections, revenue models, cost structures, and profitability analysis.Explain financial metrics, business valuation fundamentals, and investment analysis where relevant.Provide coaching on model structure, assumptions, formulas, and documentation standards.Assess learner progress through practical exercises and provide constructive feedback.Stay informed about FP&A practices, financial modeling techniques, and industry developments.Recommend improvements to training content and learning delivery methods.RequirementsAt least 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modeling, corporate finance, accounting, or finance training preferred.A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.Practical experience building integrated financial models and conducting scenario and sensitivity analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.Familiarity with Power BI, financial planning software, or other analytical tools is an advantage.Experience delivering training, coaching, workshops, or professional development sessions preferred.Strong analytical, numerical, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and practical manner.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and engage learners effectively in a remote environment.What We OfferFlexible part-time work in a fully remote setting.Opportunities to share financial expertise and support professional development.A professional environment that values analytical excellence and continuous learning.Collaboration with finance professionals, business teams, and learners.Opportunities to contribute to practical financial education and career development.The chance to help professionals strengthen their financial modeling and FP&A capabilities.
