Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial transactions, payment processing, settlements, and reconciliations.Monitor cash flow, account balances, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.Identify operational risks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.Improve workflows through automation, technology, and process optimization.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report operational performance to leadership.Lead and support the financial operations team to ensure accuracy and timely execution.Various HR related tasks

Qualifications

5+ years experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, payments, or a related field.Strong knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, and financial controls.Familiarity with financial systems, payment platforms, and reporting tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Extensive experience with excel, QuickBooks and other Accounting related softwaresCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays
