Qualifications

BS or MS degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.1–4 years of experience and a solid foundation in audit, with a strong desire to transition into financial planning and budgeting.Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint, is a must.Experience with ERP systems and data analytics/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong asset.Excellent command of English, preferably proven by an internationally accepted certification (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.).Eagerness to build skills in forecasting, variance analysis, and complex problem-solving.Passion for metrics and figures, strong analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and rolling forecasts,Financial Reporting: Prepare regular monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial management reports, comparing actual performance against budget,Retail KPI Analysis: Analyze key retail performance metrics,Ensure financial data integrity, accuracy, and strong internal controls over financial reporting,Partner with finance, operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to gather data and provide actionable financial insights.
