Position Title: Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 5,000 depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE About the Client: A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Job Description

• Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch. Ensure correct products, quantities and batches.
• WMS Control: Maintain accurate, timely transactions, barcode scanning, stock locations and batch traceability.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and control damaged, aging and near-expiry stock. Apply FIFO/FEFO.
• Safety: Enforce safe chemical storage, forklift operation, PPE, housekeeping and emergency access.
• Team Management: Allocate tasks, train employees and monitor productivity, attendance and performance.
• Coordination: Work with Production, QC, Planning and Customer Service to meet dispatch schedules. Release only QC-approved stock.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse experience, including 2 years as a supervisor.
• Paint, coatings or chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, inventory control and warehouse safety.
