You will be the go-to expert who keeps the system stable, helps our people use it well, and drives continuous improvement across the business. This is a fully remote role, working closely with our Finance, Procurement, Projects & Operations and Commercial teams in Abu Dhabi.What you will doOwn day-to-day L1/L2 support for D365 F&O (Finance, SCM, Projects) and D365 Sales, making sure users get quick resolutions and clear guidanceManage the full ticket lifecycle, from intake and prioritisation to troubleshooting, resolution and closureGovern L3 escalations with our third-party support vendor, tracking SLAs, validating fixes in UAT and making sure root-cause analysis is deliveredLead incident and problem management to identify recurring issues and put permanent fixes in placeCoordinate controlled changes and releases, including impact assessment, testing, release readiness and post-release validationWork with business teams to translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteriaBuild internal D365 capability through training, documentation and a network of D365 Champions and super-usersSupport access and licence governance, aligning permissions to real job needs and helping deliver licence cost optimisationWhat you will bringAt least 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O across Finance, Project Management & Accounting and Supply Chain Management modulesWorking experience with D365 Sales (CRM), including lead and opportunity pipeline, forecasting and activity managementExperience in a Techno-Functional Lead, Functional Consultant or Solution Architect roleHands-on experience with Dynamics configuration, workflows and functional troubleshootingExperience with LCS, Azure DevOps and structured release managementProven experience managing external vendors and SLA-based supportStrong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical teamsA bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance or a related fieldMicrosoft Dynamics certifications (Finance/SCM, Customer Engagement, Solution Architect) are a plusWhy join us Join a respected Abu Dhabi company celebrating 50 years in the energy sectorWork fully remotely from home while playing a central role in a growing organisationTake real ownership of a business-critical platform and see the direct impact of your work across the groupShape how our people use technology by building our D365 Champions networkWork in a collaborative, supportive team that values reliability and integrityA competitive package and the opportunity to grow with usHow to applyPlease click Apply and submit your CV.
