Stems Flowers KSA offers a creative environment where team members contribute to distinctive floral concepts and high-quality customer experiences.Role Description the Floral Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah, responsible for designing and assembling a variety of floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, event installations, and custom orders. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and conditioning flowers, creating design concepts, arranging flowers according to brand standards, and ensuring quality presentation in the shop and for deliveries. The role involves consulting with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, providing design recommendations, and supporting sales by showcasing products and upselling complementary items. The Floral Designer collaborates with the team on seasonal collections, event setups, and visual merchandising, while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and following inventory and care procedures for flowers and materials.QualificationsStrong Floral Design and Flower Arrangements skills, with the ability to create modern, expressive designs aligned with brand aesthetics.Excellent Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a professional, welcoming approach to clients.Demonstrated Creativity Skills, with an eye for color, form, and texture, and the ability to develop original concepts and adapt to customer requests.Sales skills to support in-store and event-related selling, including product presentation, upselling, and handling basic point-of-sale transactions.Previous experience in a floral shop, event floristry, or related design field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Jiddah, including weekends or peak holiday periods as required.Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple orders and deadlines.Basic knowledge of flower care, handling, and storage to preserve freshness and quality.Capability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting buckets, boxes, and décor items.2 - 3 years' work experience.English and Arabic proficiency.
