The boutique environment encourages creativity and attention to detail, offering floral designs that enhance and elevate any space.Role Description the Florist role at Stems Flowers KSA is a full-time, on-site position based in Jiddah. In this role, the florist will design and create flower arrangements and decorative pieces that reflect the boutique’s aesthetic and quality standards. Daily tasks include selecting and preparing flowers, arranging bouquets and installations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the freshness and presentation of all floral products. The florist will interact with customers to understand their needs, provide recommendations, handle orders, and support event and venue decoration. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and collaborating with the team on new design ideas and seasonal collections.QualificationsStrong skills in Flower Arrangements and Floral Design, with an eye for composition and style.Demonstrated Creativity Skills, including the ability to develop unique concepts aligned with contemporary trends.Customer Service experience, with the ability to listen, advise, and communicate clearly with clients.Decoration skills for events, venues, and in-store displays, ensuring cohesive and impactful visuals.Attention to detail, color sense, and quality standards in handling and caring for flowers.Ability to work on-site full time in Jiddah, including weekends or peak seasonal periods as needed.Basic inventory and time management skills to handle orders and multiple projects efficiently.Previous experience in a florist shop, event decoration, or related field is preferred.2-3 years' work experience.Fluent in English & Arabic Language.
