The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, attentive to guest needs, and committed to delivering professional, efficient, and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression.Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend items based on guest preferences.Take and process orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are communicated clearly.Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate service.Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of tables and service areas.Handle bills, payments, and POS transactions accurately.Respond professionally to guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety standards.Support team members and contribute to smooth operations across Bagaichā’s various restaurant concepts.Perform other service-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.Qualifications and RequirementsStrong customer service skills and a genuine interest in hospitality.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and professional attitude.Basic knowledge of food and beverages, menu presentation, and restaurant service standards.Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service is an advantage; motivated candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.Ability to multitask, manage assigned tables, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic numerical skills for billing and payment handling; familiarity with POS systems is an advantage.Fluency in Nepali and a good command of English are preferred.
