Foundation Stage Arabic Teacher (EYFS) – Native Speaker

Role Description The Foundation Stage Arabic Teacher (EYFS) – Native Arabic Speaker will deliver Arabic language and early years curriculum to young learners in a nurturing, engaging classroom environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves planning and teaching age-appropriate lessons, activities, and continuous provision in line with EYFS principles. The teacher will design and implement lesson plans that promote language development, early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and moral values, integrating Islamic Studies where appropriate. Daily responsibilities include assessing student progress, maintaining records, communicating with families, collaborating with colleagues, and creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning space. The role also involves participation in school events, professional development, and continuous improvement of teaching strategies and classroom resources.QualificationsStrong Language Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience in EYFS or early childhood settings.Competence in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation tailored to young learners.Solid grounding in Islamic Studies to integrate values-based learning in age-appropriate ways.Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.Native Arabic speaker with proficient English communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.Knowledge of EYFS framework or similar early years curriculum; prior experience in Dubai or GCC is an advantage.Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that respects diverse backgrounds and needs.Strong classroom management, patience, and a positive, child-centered approach.Willingness to engage in ongoing
