We use AI and automation to run their workflows end to end, and we help some clients hire directly. Our clients are in North America and Europe. We are bootstrapped and profitable.We have spent the last few years building custom systems for our clients. Now we are turning that work into one platform, and clients already pay for it.Our goal is for every staffing and recruitment agency to run as an AI-native business. Shopify let any shop sell online. We want to give agencies the same jump.What you will buildYou will own the technical side of the platform, from architecture to production. The work covers:AI agents that take on research, matching and writing recruiters now do by handTalent matching that ranks the right people for a role in minutesOne clean view of every candidate and client, across the tools agencies useTiming and outreach: who to contact, when, and with what contextPer-client setup, so each agency's own hiring method runs inside the productThe web app recruiters and clients work in every day, from database to screenEvaluation and guardrails, so clients can trust what the AI producesArchitecture, tool choices and standards for testing, monitoring and costWhat you will do with clientsYou will spend real time with our clients, most of them in the US.Run technical discovery with agency founders and recruitersDesign solutions and run proofs of concept on their own dataTurn one-off client requests into platform features that serve every clientExpect roughly 60% building, 25% with clients, and 15% leading and planning. The mix will shift as the team grows.How this role growsYou start as the first senior engineer on the platform and its technical lead. As the platform and client base grow, you hire and lead a small engineering team.
