Job Opportunity | Founding Entrepreneur / Venture TechnologistAre you passionate about building startups from the ground up and leveraging AI and technology to solve real-world problems?We are looking for a Founding Entrepreneur / Venture Technologist to join our Venture Builder team. This unique role combines startup creation with technology and AI enablement, offering the opportunity to launch new ventures while supporting innovation across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and validate innovative startup ideas through market research and customer discovery.Build and launch MVPs using modern development tools, AI platforms, no-code solutions, or custom code.Test business assumptions, gather customer feedback, and iterate rapidly.Develop growth strategies and acquire early users.Work closely with venture leaders and cross-functional teams to scale new ventures.Support internal technology initiatives and help departments adopt AI solutions.Contribute to internal tools, automation, and technical infrastructure.RequirementsProven interest or experience in entrepreneurship or startup building.Strong technical ability to build MVPs independently.Experience with AI tools, AI agents, and AI-assisted development.Understanding of Lean Startup methodology and rapid experimentation.Knowledge of customer acquisition and growth strategies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Preferred QualificationsExperience with product analytics or A/B testing.Previous experience providing internal technical support.Familiarity with the Saudi/GCC startup ecosystem.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)How to ApplyPlease send your CV to: Recruitment@bluerays.sa
