French Teacher

Role Description The French Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based at Future Gate Indian Private School in Sharjah. The French Teacher will plan and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, using a variety of instructional methods and resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing feedback, maintaining accurate records, and supporting individualized learning needs. The role involves collaborating with colleagues, participating in school events and parent meetings, and contributing to language-related clubs or activities. The French Teacher is expected to foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages communication skills, cultural awareness, and a positive attitude toward language learning.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong skills in French Teaching and Teaching, with demonstrated ability to deliver effective language instruction at school level.Candidates should possess skills in Tutoring and Education, including supporting diverse learning needs and providing individualized academic guidance.Candidates should possess experience or aptitude in Teacher Training, mentoring, or contributing to professional development within an academic team.Proficiency in spoken and written French and English, with clear classroom communication and lesson presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., B.Ed., language teaching credentials) are preferred.Previous school teaching experience, ideally within CBSE or similar curricula, and familiarity with modern, student-centered teaching methods.Ability to integrate technology into lessons, manage classroom behavior constructively, and promote an inclusive, culturally respectful learning environment.Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues, engage with families, and participate in school-wide initiatives.
