Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Key responsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable full-stack web applications with a strong focus on modern frontend frameworks (React.js / Angular) and robust backend services.Build responsive, high-performance UI components using HTML5, CSS3, and advanced web development practices ensuring cross-device compatibility.Develop and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and microservices architecture.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, AI/GenAI services, and vector databases hosted on OpenShift, cloud, or on-premise environments.Implement secure role-based access control (RBAC) and authorization aligned with enterprise standards.Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to:Consume and operationalize GenAI/ML outputsBuild intuitive UI layers for insights, recommendations, and analyticsContribute to UI/UX design enhancements, ensuring seamless user journeys and usability improvements.Participate in application deployment, containerization, and hosting (OpenShift/Kubernetes), along with monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and continuous improvement of application features.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including UI architecture, API contracts, deployment artifacts, and design specifications.Required6+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on expertise in:React.js and/or Angular frameworks.Net backend developmentHTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web DesignJavaScript / TypeScriptWeb development fundamentals and UI engineering best practicesPython-based backend developmentRESTful APIs, Microservices architectureOther preferred experience:Developing end-to-end full-stack solutions (frontend + backend integration)Deploying and hosting applications on OpenShift / Kubernetes / Cloud / On-Prem environmentsExperience integrating AI/GenAI services (LLMs, inference APIs, chatbots) into enterprise applicationsWorking knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure SDLCGood to haveHands-on experience with SAP UI5 / Fiori developmentExposure to enterprise integration patterns (SAP backend, APIs, middleware)Experience building AI-powered dashboards, chatbots, or decision-support systemsFamiliarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architecturesPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
