Full Stack Engineer

2. JOB PURPOSE:We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-performance web applications. The role requires strong hands-on experience across backend and frontend development, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:DescriptionDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using NestJS, ExpressJS, and NextJS (ReactJS)Build scalable backend services and APIs with NestJS and ExpressJSDevelop and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDBWork with Prisma ORM for efficient database managementImplement PDF generation using Puppeteer or similar NodeJS-based solutionsHandle e-commerce logic, including price calculations, discounts, taxes, and invoice generationCollaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsEnsure application performance, security, and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews and follow best coding practicesDevOps & Infrastructure ResponsibilitiesManage and support CI/CD pipelinesPerform basic Linux scripting and server-level tasksAssist with deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments4. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:Works closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend/Frontend DevelopersCoordinates with DevOps and Infrastructure teams when requiredCommunicates technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Minimum Qualifications: Key Requirements4–7 years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy development (flexible for strong candidates)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experiencePrior experience in e-commerce, billing, pricing, or financial logic systems is a strong advantageProven experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong expertise in NestJS, NextJS (ReactJS), and ExpressJSHands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDBSolid working knowledge of PrismaExperience with PDF generation using Puppeteer or equivalent NodeJS toolsStrong problem-solving skills, particularly in e-commerce pricing and invoice logicUnderstanding of CI/CD processes and basic Linux commandsAbility to work independently and take ownership of deliverablesKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and focus on qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environmentOwnership mindset with a results-driven approach
