Full Time Bilingual Babysitter | Guanacaste, Costa Rica At Pacific Childcare, we believe family travel should feel effortless. For over two years, we have provided curated, bespoke childcare for families staying at some of the most prestigious hotels, resorts and private villas in Costa Rica.We are growing, and we are looking for a warm, professional and bilingual caregiver to join our team full time.What you will do:

• Provide safe, engaging and enriching care for children from newborns to 12 years old
• Work in luxury hotels, villas and private residences across Guanacaste
• Create meaningful activities that make every family's vacation unforgettable
• Represent our brand with the highest standards of hospitality and discretionWhat we are looking for:
• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written (required)
• Proven experience in childcare, early education or a related field
• Availability to work 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
• Residence in Liberia, Bagaces, Guardia or nearby areas
• Own reliable transportation (required)
• A warm, patient and proactive personality with a genuine love for childrenWhat we offer:
