The successful candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, build lasting relationships, and drive sales across our collections of fine jewellery, diamonds, precious gemstones, and prestigious Swiss timepieces.Key responsibilities include:* Delivering personalised luxury service and building strong client relationships.* Understanding client needs and providing expert product recommendations.* Achieving individual and store sales targets.* Maintaining excellent visual merchandising, stock control, and boutique presentation.* Processing sales transactions accurately and following company procedures.* Developing product knowledge across luxury jewellery and Swiss watch brands.* Supporting the team in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, security, and client confidentiality.Qualifications and Skills* Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches, or premium customer service is highly regarded.* Strong sales, communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.* Professional presentation, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.* Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales objectives.* Willingness to learn about fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, and Swiss timepieces.* High standards of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
