Mid-Level Full Stack Developer – .NET & OutSystemsLocation: Riyadh, KSAEmployment Type: Full-Time onsitePosition OverviewWe are looking for a talented Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both .NET and OutSystems development to join our technology team.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining scalable business applications across both traditional .NET and low-code OutSystems environments. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies and OutSystems.Develop robust and scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using C# / .NET.Build responsive and user-friendly applications using OutSystems.Design and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.Work with relational databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide estimates for development tasks.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, project managers, and other developers.Contribute to application architecture and technical design decisions.Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.Prepare and maintain appropriate technical documentation.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with .NET / C# development.Practical experience developing applications using OutSystems.Good understanding of full-stack web development.Experience with ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET MVC and web APIs.Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and system integrations.Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development concepts.Experience with Git or other version control systems.Understanding of software development methodologies, clean coding practices, and design patterns.Good debugging and problem-solving abilities.Fluent/native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications:OutSystems certification is a strong advantage.Experience with OutSystems Service Studio and Integration Studio.Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API.Knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.Experience with JavaScript frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, or similar.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.Understanding of application security principles and secure coding practices.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.Previous experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise applications is an advantage.Technical Skills:BackendC#.NET / .NET CoreASP.NET CoreWeb APIEntity Framework / EF CoreFrontend:HTML5CSS3JavaScriptResponsive Web DevelopmentExperience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks is a plusLow-Code Development:OutSystems:Service StudioIntegration StudioOutSystems APIs and integrationsDatabase:SQL ServerSQLStored ProceduresDatabase DesignIntegration & Tools:REST APIsJSONGitCI/CDAzure/Cloud technologiesSoft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.Willingness to learn and work across both .NET and OutSystems technology stacks.Ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders and clients.
