We are seeking a Fullstack Web Developer to join our team:Your Path to a High-Impact Healthcare Career:As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will join a small, high-trust development team that builds custom solutions from the ground up. Some of what we build streamlines the work of our own consulting and operations teams, some becomes product we bring to market, and some is delivered directly to external clients in a forward-deployed model, working alongside their teams to ship software that solves real problems in weeks, not quarters. You will own features end to end, from discovery and design through deployment, operations, and support, across modern web, cloud, Microsoft Power Platform, and legacy healthcare technology stacks. We have a special interest in DevOps and machine learning, and you will have room to go deep in both.

What You'll Do

Full Stack Application Development:Design and build web applications with React, Vite, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling.Develop APIs and services in Python, C#, or Node.js backed by SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.Design data models, write complex queries and stored procedures, and keep data integrity at the center of every solution.Own features across the full lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, release, and support DevOps, Cloud & Delivery Automation:Deploy and operate applications in the cloud using infrastructure-as-code, CLI tooling, and containerized workloads (Docker).Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including automated testing, environment promotion, and release gating.Apply security and compliance practices appropriate for healthcare data (authentication, secrets management, PHI/PII handling).Craft, Collaboration & Growth:Mentor teammates and share what you learn about DevOps, ML, and new tooling.Work in an Agile, product-minded way: small increments, real feedback, measurable impact.

Requirements
