Functional Analyst, Procurement Systems (Multiple Openings)

Enspyre LLC is a federal contractor providing information technology and program support services. We are hiring multiple Functional Analysts for full-time, on-site roles in the Dayton, Ohio area. Openings are in two focus areas: Requirements and Review Board, and Test Lead. No relocation assistance; local candidates only.U.S. citizenship is required.The role: Lead functional work for an enterprise procurement (purchase request) system, from user needs to approved changes to tested releases.Requirements and Review Board focus:

• Schedule and facilitate review board meetings; publish agendas, minutes, decisions and action items
• Enter change requests and defect reports into the change-management tool and record their disposition
• Turn user requirements into change requests and defect reports: problem statement, workarounds, justification and exit criteria, with accurate test steps
• Make sure requirements are approved, ranked and prioritized by the voting members
• Review and update training materials after each release and train usersTest Lead focus:
• Manage sprint and release test schedules and test planning
• Make sure every change and defect has complete test scenario steps before testing starts
• Run daily test runs and create the purchase requests and attachments needed to execute test scenarios
• Document results, log and track defects in ALM Octane, hold daily test-status calls and report results
• Support review of training materials for new release functionalityBoth focus areas: provide in-depth functional and technical support for the system and its interfaces, and identify requirements during testing and after implementation.Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, supply chain management or a related field
• 3+ years of requirements development, management and approval (change control board, review board, CAB or sign-off) on a procurement, purchasing or logistics system
• Experience with purchase request processing systems or related ERP applications (for example SAP MM/SRM, Ariba, Oracle Purchasing, Coupa)Skills: requirements gathering, documentation and functional specifications; SQL, Excel and reporting tools; Agile or Waterfall methods; stakeholder engagement; translating technical requirements into plain language; facilitating meetings and training; working with IT, procurement and finance teams. Test management tools (ALM Octane, Micro Focus ALM or Quality Center) are a plus for the Test Lead focus.Also required: ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a facility access credential.
