It's independently owned, free of any company or supplier ties, and gives more than a quarter of its annual profits to island charities.A four-year modernisation programme and £1.2m investment has brought the building right up to date. The owners now want a leader to professionalise the team, sharpen the commercial side and protect the character that keeps locals coming back.Denholm's takePlenty of communities have hotels. Few have one the village treats as its own. Add a refurbished building and owners who reinvest in the island, and you have a business with very little to fix and plenty to build. The upside sits in the management. Give the team structure and the numbers real attention, and this hotel has room to grow. The profit share means you share in that growth. If you're ready to run an operation you can genuinely shape, let's talk. Get in touch for a confidential conversation.
