General Manager - OOH Media (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAEWe are seeking an exceptional commercial leader to drive the next phase of growth and transformation for a leading media business in the UAE.This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced OOH/DOOH professional to transform a traditional out-of-home advertising business into a modern, digitally enabled media network, driving innovation, commercial growth and operational excellence.The RoleReporting to the Chief Media Officer, the General Manager will take full ownership of business strategy, commercial performance, operations, digital transformation and overall P&L, while leading the expansion and evolution of the media asset portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic transformation from traditional OOH to a digitally enabled DOOH network.Drive revenue growth, profitability and new commercial opportunities.Develop and execute business expansion strategies, including new assets and digital screen investments.Lead operational performance and enhance business efficiency.Explore opportunities in programmatic DOOH, audience measurement and data-driven advertising.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, regulators and commercial partners.Oversee the business P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and strong financial performance.What We're Looking ForExtensive leadership experience within OOH/DOOH media, ideally within a media owner organisation.A proven track record of driving business transformation, commercial growth and profitability.Strong understanding of digital media networks, programmatic DOOH and audience measurement.Experience in airport, transport, destination or large-scale outdoor advertising environments would be highly advantageous.Demonstrated expertise in asset portfolio expansion, commercial strategy and operational leadership.Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
