The environment encourages clinical excellence, data-informed decision-making, and patient-centered service.Role Description The General Practitioner will provide primary medical consultations and ongoing clinical care to employees of corporate clients through Curonn’s digital platform and on-site services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, diagnosing common conditions, prescribing treatments, managing follow-ups, and coordinating referrals when specialized care is required. The role also involves documenting encounters accurately in electronic medical records, contributing to preventive health initiatives, and collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with a combination of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. The General Practitioner is expected to maintain high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and professional ethics while supporting Curonn’s digital-first care model.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing common acute and chronic conditions.Background in Family Medicine and ability to provide holistic, continuity-focused care across age groups.Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing professionals in delivering coordinated patient care.Experience in Training, including educating patients on health promotion and mentoring clinical staff when needed.Valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and current registration with the relevant medical council.Experience with telemedicine or digital healthcare platforms and proficiency in using electronic health records.Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a patient-centered approach.Willingness to work in a corporate healthcare setting and adapt to a hybrid work arrangement in Hyderabad.
