Join a long-term digital advertising project for one of the world’s leading technology companies. This position is designed for candidates with at least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising. Possible start: 2.11 Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 19:00 (40 hours/week, weekends off, no night shifts) Fast and fully online recruitment process As a German Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support German-speaking business clients and agencies using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s leading global technology companies. You will review campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and recommend digital advertising solutions that help clients improve results and grow their business. Support German-speaking business clients and advertisers via phone, email and chat Review digital campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Analyze advertising KPIs, campaign structure and business objectives Recommend data-driven solutions that improve campaign results Guide clients through advertising tools, features and best practices Build professional relationships with business customers and agencies Maintain accurate records and collaborate with international internal teams Base salary: 1,400 gross/month x14 — including two additional salary payments worth 2,800 gross in total: one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer Fixed project bonus: 400 gross/month Performance bonus: 1,000 gross, paid quarterly and linked to performance Meal voucher: 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month) via Up Hellas Mastercard 9 additional country holiday days on top of standard annual leave Average monthly gross earnings: 1,800–2,133, depending on quarterly performance, + meal vouchers. Possible start: 2.11 Permanent full-time Greek employment contract Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos for the first 6 months After the first 6 months, a 3-day office / 2-day home hybrid model may become available , depending on individual performance and project requirements Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off and no night shifts Two weeks of fully paid onboarding and digital advertising training Private health insurance , including dental and eye care Free gym and wellness activities International work environment with career development opportunities Requirements: German level C1–C2 , spoken and written English level B2 or higher for training and internal communication At least one year of relevant hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, paid search or digital advertising Practical experience with paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization and performance metrics Confidence communicating with business clients and providing consultative recommendations Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required Relocation support: Relocation support, including accommodation for 1 month, is available for eligible candidates moving to Athens.
