GRG Software Engineer – Implementation & Support

Role SummarySANID is looking for a Software Engineer specialized in GRG Banking self-service products to lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of GRG solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GRG Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), the aDep application, ATMs, and cash recyclers, and can bridge the gap between hardware, software, host/switch connectivity, and day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation

• Plan and execute deployment of GRG CDMs, ATMs, and cash recyclers, including installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Install, configure, and customize the aDep application and related GRG software components (XFS-based applications, device drivers, and middleware).
• Integrate GRG machines with SANID's host, switch, and back-office systems (ISO 8583 and other protocols), including message mapping, key management, and certification testing.
• Configure cash handling modules: note validators, cassettes, recycling units, dispensers, card readers, and receipt/journal printers.
• Prepare and execute test plans (UAT, SIT), and support go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage software releases, patches, and firmware updates across the machine fleet.Support & Maintenance
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for GRG products, diagnosing software, device, network, and host-related issues.
• Analyze logs (application, XFS, journal, host messages) to identify root causes and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with GRG Banking technical teams and local field engineers for escalations, spare parts, and warranty matters.
• Troubleshoot cash reconciliation issues, deposit/dispense discrepancies, and transaction failures.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in ATM/CDM/recycler software implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with GRG Banking products (CDM, recyclers, ATMs) and a solid understanding of the aDep application.
• Strong knowledge of ATM software architecture: XFS/CEN-XFS, device service providers, and terminal OS (Windows/Linux).
• Understanding of cash handling workflows: deposit, recycling, dispense, cassette management, and reconciliation.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other vendors (NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, Hyosung) or ATM monitoring/management platforms.
• Experience with Saudi banking environments, mada, and local switch integrations.Key Skills & Competencies
