𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶, 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀🏢 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆: 𝗔𝘆𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗼 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲Ayatco International is seeking a hands-on and experienced Group Financial Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and financial control across its companies in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will take ownership of the group's accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor business performance, and strengthen financial controls across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong GCC accounting knowledge and the ability to independently manage multi-country financial operations.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Oversee accounting operations and monthly financial reporting across the group's three companies.
• Monitor cash flow, customer receivables, supplier payables, and operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly profit and loss reports and financial statements.
• Manage year-end financial closing and coordinate annual audits with external auditors.
• Ensure timely completion and approval of audited financial statements.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable local requirements.
• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Review and improve accounting procedures, financial controls, and reporting processes across the group.𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
• Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience within the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Master's degree in Accounting & Finance or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA will be an advantage.
• Practical accounting experience in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Qatar experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and local tax requirements.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in trading, contracting, or engineering companies is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
