Guest Experience Agent for a clinic

We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join a prestigious Clinic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary: 8,000 SAR 5 Days working Requirements:Previous experience in Guest Experience, Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, or HospitalityExcellent communication and customer service skillsQualificationsStrong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors.Effective communication skills, including clear spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, manage busy front-desk operations, and prioritize patient needs.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information, documentation, and administrative processes.Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or customer-facing role in healthcare or hospitality is preferred.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and maintain professional conduct under pressure.High level of integrity, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory patient care.
