• Develop and execute the growth strategy.
• Lead user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Test growth channels and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Build partnerships that support adoption and expansion.
• Coordinate daily operations with product, technology, and marketing teams.
• Track performance and turn user insights into practical improvements.Who We’re Looking ForA practical builder with demonstrated experience growing consumer apps, social platforms, or digital businesses. You should be comfortable taking ownership, working with limited resources, and delivering measurable outcomes.Partnership StructureThis is an equity-based opportunity with no fixed salary during the initial stage. An agreed equity allocation will vest progressively through continued involvement and clearly defined milestones. The ownership scope, responsibilities, and vesting terms will be documented before the engagement begins.
