The ideal candidate will provide a warm welcome and attentive service throughout each guest's stay.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and assist with check-in and check-outRespond to guest enquiries and provide helpful information about the resort and its facilitiesHandle guest requests and coordinate with other hotel departmentsAnswer calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate teamHelp resolve guest concerns professionally and promptlyDeliver attentive service and maintain a welcoming, professional presenceRequirementsGood English communication skillsGerman, Spanish, Russian, Chinese or French language skills are preferredPrevious hotel, front office or guest relations experience is an advantageStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional, presentable and flexible to work shifts
