For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Trainee to join our team in Karavostasi Thesprotia. The Role As a Guest Relations Trainee, you will support the Guest Relations team while gaining practical experience within a five-star luxury hospitality environment. A Day in the Job Here’s what a typical day in Guest Relations could look like: You review arrivals and help prepare personalised welcomes for guests. You greet guests, answer questions and share useful information about their stay. You follow up on requests with the relevant teams and keep guests informed. You note feedback and raise concerns with a senior colleague so the team can respond promptly. What we are looking for Current student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field. Very good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage. Warm, professional communication and a genuine interest in guest service. Good organisation skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise requests. Team spirit, a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
