Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, reviewing medical histories and diagnostic results, and designing individualized treatment plans that may involve nutrition guidance, medication management, peptide-based therapies, and lifestyle interventions aligned with regenerative medicine principles. The specialist will monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and document outcomes, including patient testimonials when available and appropriate, while ensuring high standards of clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaboration with other licensed professionals on the clinical team is expected to coordinate care, refine protocols, and support the continuous improvement of gut-related health strategies for a global, high-achieving clientele.QualificationsCurrent medical degree (MD or equivalent) with active, unrestricted license and demonstrated experience in gastroenterology or integrative/functional gut health.Knowledge of gut microbiome, GI disorders, nutrition, and lifestyle interventions as they relate to performance, longevity, and regenerative medicine.Experience conducting remote or telehealth consultations, with strong clinical judgment and comfort using digital health platforms and electronic records.Ability to design evidence-informed, personalized treatment plans that may integrate conventional care with advanced therapies, including peptides, where clinically appropriate and compliant.Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts in accessible language, obtaining informed consent, and collecting and documenting patient feedback and testimonials in an ethical, compliant manner.Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and adherence to relevant medical, legal, and ethical standards.Strong interest in biohacking, health optimization, performance medicine, and continuous professional development in emerging therapies.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams, and manage a structured full-time patient caseload.
