The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of hair trends, and the ability to communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform haircuts, blow-drying, styling, and hair treatments according to client preferences.Provide hair colouring, highlights, balayage, and other chemical treatments, where qualified.Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products.Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients to ensure a personalised salon experience.Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of tools and workstations.Recommend suitable hair care products and treatments to clients.Stay updated on the latest hairstyles, colouring techniques, and industry trends.Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships with regular customers.Follow salon procedures, service standards, and appointment schedules.RequirementsProven experience as a Hairdresser in a salon or beauty industry.Fluency in Russian is mandatory; basic to good English communication skills are preferred.Strong knowledge of haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments.Knowledge of hair colouring techniques is an advantage.Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.Ability to work in a team and maintain high service standards.
