The spa uses carefully selected premium products for services such as Balinese and Thai massage, foot massage, hot stone treatments, facials, body scrubs, hammam rituals, and more.Role Description The Hairstylist is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, working within Dreamworks Spa’s wellness environment. The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with guests to understand their preferences, recommending suitable styles and hair care solutions, and ensuring a relaxing and professional experience. The role involves coordinating with spa reception and other team members to manage appointments, supporting retail product recommendations, and contributing to the overall ambiance of the spa. The Hairstylist is expected to uphold Dreamworks Spa’s service standards, follow spa policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling skills, including cutting, blow-drying, and updos.Candidates should possess Cosmetology and Hair Care skills, including hair treatments, coloring, and knowledge of hair products.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming, client-centered experience.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills, including active listening and professional guest interaction.Relevant cosmetology or hairdressing certification or diploma is preferred.Previous experience as a Hairstylist in a salon or spa setting is beneficial.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by spa operations.Strong attention to detail, professional grooming, and commitment to health and safety standards.
