Most classrooms still teach yesterday's syllabus. 💡We are looking for the person who will make sure ours never does.Quad AI is hiring a Head of Academics (Tech).Quad AI is an AI-first institution with campuses in Bengaluru, Patna and Mangaluru.This is a senior role. You will lead how our BTech Computer Science (AI & ML) students learn, and still spend time in the classroom yourself.What you will do→ Lead academic delivery across our BTech program→ Shape a curriculum where AI is built into every subject, not added on→ Teach core computer science courses→ Lead, mentor and help hire our tech faculty team→ Own the academic calendar, assessments and learning outcomes→ Bring industry projects and real-world problems into the classroomMust-haves

• 5 to 8 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level
• Strong subject depth in computer science or related tech subjects
• Experience leading or coordinating faculty, a department or a program
• Hands-on experience designing courses or curriculum
• A postgraduate degree in computer science or a related field
• Comfort using AI tools in teaching and academic workGood-to-haves
• Industry experience alongside teaching
• Experience setting up a new program or department
• Research, publications or industry collaborationsWhat you will gain
