Head of Admissions

Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement admissions strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.Lead and manage the admissions team and oversee daily admissions operations.Develop student recruitment plans for local and international markets.Manage enquiries, applications, interviews, and student registration processes.Build partnerships with schools, universities, education agents, and corporate organizations.Monitor admissions performance, conversion rates, and enrolment trends.Ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective students throughout the admissions journey.Coordinate with academic and marketing teams to promote study programmes.Prepare admissions reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and relevant regulations.Identify new opportunities to increase student enrolments and expand programme reach.Manage the admissions budget and allocate resources effectively.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.5+ years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, education management, or a similar role.Previous experience in a higher education institution, business school, or international education environment would be an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Proven ability to achieve enrolment targets and manage a team.
