• 6+ years of experience leading cross-organizational projects
• 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence
• Proven experience leading innovation or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience preparing tenders and conducting negotiations
• Strong familiarity with Generative AI solutions and leading AI tools
• Experience working with senior management and business stakeholders
• Strategic thinking and strong change management skills
• Knowledge of data privacy, information security, and AI regulations – an advantage
