Established in 2001, SCU has built a strong reputation for delivering industry-relevant education and impactful learning experiences, with over 3,500+ success stories and a thriving student community of 2,500+ students.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic student recruitment and enrollment plans to achieve institutional targets.Lead and manage the Student Enrollment team to achieve recruitment and conversion targets.Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to attract prospective students.Oversee the student recruitment process, from lead generation and inquiry management to application and enrollment.Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.Monitor enrollment performance, analyse market trends, and prepare reports for management.Collaborate with Marketing, Academic, and Student Services teams to enhance the student recruitment experience.Ensure a high standard of service and communication throughout the student enrollment journey.Key Skills and CompetenciesAbility to achieve student enrollment targets.Good PR skills with the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Strong communication skills (oral and written) with an outgoing personality.Ability to multitask and work with strict deadlines.RequirementsA Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 8–10 years of relevant work experience.A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience.Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and achieve targets.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.How to ApplyThose interested in applying, please forward your detailed curriculum vitae with contact details of two non-related referees to the Director – Administration within 07 days from the date of the advertisement.Please state the position you are applying for as the subject of the email.Send your CV to: chintha.e@scu.lkEmail Subject: Head of EnrollmentFor more information, visit: www.scu.lk
