Head of Finance

Head of Finance-(FMCG,Consumer,Cosmetics)-PanaduraKey Responsibilities Lead and oversee the full finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making.Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements effectively.Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve overall financial efficiency.Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders.Lead and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capability.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.Professional qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is required.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Commercially driven with the ability to translate financial insights into business decisions.Experience working within a group or diversified business environment will be an added advantage.Salary-600,000/- Net Negotiable
