Finance Manager (مدير مالي) | Steel Manufacturing | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWe are a new, large-scale steel manufacturing company in Jeddah, and production starts around January. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can build and run our finance function from the ground up.ResponsibilitiesSet up the finance function: chart of accounts, ERP configuration, policies, approval matrix, and internal controlsLead the finance departmentLead cost accountingPrepare budgets and forecasts and manage cash flow and working capitalTrack capex and project costs through to plant start-upManage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and government bodiesEnsure compliance with IFRS and ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing, withholding tax, and zakat)Deliver accurate monthly management reports and KPIs to the CEO and leadership teamLead, develop, and coordinate the accounting team (AR, AP, costing, treasury)Develop team skills and automate processes.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldBachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or related field8-10 years of finance experience in the manufacturing industryFluent English, spoken and written along with arabic.Hands-on ERP experience (SAP)Experience leading a finance teamBased in Jeddah or willing to relocatePrevious Start Up ExperienceSteel, metals, or heavy industry backgroundProfessional certifications such as CPA, CMA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CAKnowledge of Saudi VAT, zakat, and customsArabic language skillsWhat we are looking for in you: are accurate, highly organized, and a confident communicator.
