Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance

A leading construction company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance to lead its governance, enterprise risk management and compliance framework.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the governance framework, policies, committee charters and delegations of authorityLead enterprise risk assessments and maintain the corporate risk register, KRIs and mitigation plansOversee regulatory and internal compliance monitoring across all functionsCoordinate reviews of reported compliance breaches and track corrective actions to closurePrepare risk dashboards, compliance reports and governance papers for executive and committee reviewBuild a strong risk and compliance culture through awareness sessions and practical guidanceMonitor changes in KSA laws and regulations and recommend improvements to policies and controlsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s preferred)10+ years of experience in governance, enterprise risk management, compliance or internal controls, including leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 37301 and Saudi regulatory requirementsProfessional certification such as CRMA, GRCP or CCEP is a plusExperience in construction, EPC or large-scale projects in KSA.Proficiency in GRC platforms, advanced Excel and Power BI.Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
