Head of Tax | Dubai, UAEWhat This Role Is AboutOur client, a leading Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm, is looking for a Head of Tax, based in Dubai, to oversee tax matters across its regional operations.The role will lead tax compliance, reporting, and risk management, ensuring the business meets its obligations across relevant jurisdictions. You will work closely with finance teams, senior leadership, external advisors, and tax authorities, providing guidance on tax matters affecting regional operations and cross-border activities.This is a senior role for an experienced tax professional who can navigate complex tax requirements, oversee audits and assessments, and establish effective tax governance across multiple jurisdictions.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit15+ years of experience in taxation, ideally with regional or multi-jurisdictional exposureStrong knowledge of tax compliance, reporting, and risk managementUAE or GCC taxation exposure is strongly preferredInternational or cross-border tax experience is an advantageExperience managing tax audits, assessments, and interactions with tax authoritiesExperience working with external tax advisors on compliance and advisory mattersAbility to assess tax risks and provide practical guidance to finance teams and senior stakeholdersStrong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex tax matters independentlyExperience within outsourcing, offshoring, consulting, or professional services is preferredMust be based in Dubai or willing to relocateThis is an opportunity to lead the tax function and shape tax governance across a growing outsourcing and offshoring business operating across multiple jurisdictions.
