- Minimum 20+ years of overall professional experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals, concrete repair, coatings, or related civil engineering solutions. Mandatory Gulf/GCC market experience, preferably with established experience in Oman or other GCC countries.
- Strong experience in epoxy flooring, concrete repair, polyurethane systems, waterproofing technologies, and protective coatings.
- Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, commercial negotiations, and tendering and New Client Acquisition
- Demonstrated track record in business development, client acquisition, and securing new projects.
- Strong technical understanding of construction chemical products, application methods, specifications, and emerging technologies.
- Experience managing large-scale projects, key accounts, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
