Health And Safety Officer

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Officer (HSE) to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment throughout the factory, exhibition and event projects, from installation and setup to operations and dismantling.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety regulations and industry standards.Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.Implement safety procedures and preventive measures across factory and project sites.Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.Monitor on-site activities and ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and venue management to maintain safety standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in exhibitions, events, or construction.NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is mandatory.Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety practices.Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.#Hiring #HSEOfficer #HealthAndSafety #NEBOSH #IOSH #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #Exhibitions #EventsIndustry #SafetyFirst
