Healthcare Integration Engineer (Saudi Residence)

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between healthcare systems, ensuring secure and seamless data exchange across hospitals, laboratories, insurance providers, and healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integrations between HIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS/PACS, and other healthcare systems.Implement healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 v2.x and FHIR.Develop and manage REST APIs, web services, data mapping, and transformation processes.Work with integration engines such as Mirth Connect, InterSystems, or Rhapsody.Support integrations with Saudi healthcare platforms, including NPHIES, where applicable.Troubleshoot interface errors and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and system performance.Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi healthcare regulations, PDPL, and information security Requirements.Collaborate with technical teams, healthcare providers, and third-party vendors throughout implementation and deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.3+ years of experience in software integration within the healthcare industry is a MUST.Strong hands-on experience with HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.Experience with healthcare integration engines and clinical system workflows.Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and data security practices.Experience with NPHIES or Saudi healthcare integrations is a strong advantage.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare insurance and claims workflows.Familiarity with DICOM, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and ICD-10.Knowledge of Saudi healthcare interoperability requirements and PDPL.
