Healthcare Operations Director / Hospital Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Rampur Hat, responsible for overseeing the overall academic, administrative, and operational functions of Delhi Public School Rampurhat. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing strategic direction, supervising academic programs, ensuring adherence to DPS Society guidelines, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. The Director will manage staff performance, support professional development, and foster a collaborative, inclusive school culture. The role also involves engaging with parents and the wider community, overseeing admissions and enrollment strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and managing budgets and resources to support long-term institutional growth.QualificationsProven leadership experience in school or educational institution management, including supervision of academic and administrative teams.Strong skills in strategic planning, policy implementation, and decision-making within an educational setting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities for effective interaction with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.Demonstrated capability in curriculum oversight, quality assurance of teaching and learning, and student-centered educational practices.Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and institutional compliance with educational and safety regulations.Ability to cultivate an inclusive, respectful environment that supports diversity, equity, and holistic student development.Master’s degree or higher in Education, Educational Management, or a related field; equivalent experience in school leadership may also be considered.Familiarity with DPS Society norms and CBSE or similar school boards is highly beneficial.
