Join our team to lead technical teams, build lasting customer relationships, and drive service excellence in the industrial equipment sector!Key ResponsibilitiesLead after-sales service operations, equipment maintenance, and technical support activities.Supervise service teams, workshop operations, and on-site repair and troubleshooting.Coordinate preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and equipment performance assessments.Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and service partners to enhance satisfaction.Monitor service KPIs, manage operational costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in heavy machinery servicing, industrial equipment maintenance, or after-sales management is an advantage.Strong knowledge of equipment diagnostics, repair processes, and maintenance planning.Excellent leadership, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, service-oriented, and capable of managing teams and multiple priorities effectively.
